MASALA EGG OMELETTE CURRY OR OMELETTE CURRY is a delicious tomato – onion based curry with omelette pieces. It
is a simple, quick and yummy dish, which we can prepare in any occasion. The ingredients
used in this recipe are easily available in any household. Generally, we always
keep eggs in our houses.so in hurry we can make various egg recipes and can serve.
OMELETTE CURRY is the easiest and the handiest
dish to serve in anytime of the day. It goes well with paratha, naan or any
Indian bread and steamed rice and jeera rice.
INGREDIENTS FOR OMELETTE CURRY:

8. TURMERIC POWDER – ½ TSP
9. GARAM MASALA – ½ TSP

Add all dry masalas like, turmeric
powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder and cumin
powder.
